January 2015: Intense olive and pepper nose. The delicious fruit is still improving. Drink/Hold

November 2013: This has gorgeous, intense pepper and olive aromatics followed by very savory, almost saline, dark fruit. It is structured and super complex. Needs a couple of years of cellaring.
